UnForm 8.0 Conference, September 17-19, 2009
You are invited to the 2009 UnForm Technical Conference, in
Sacramento, California. This will be your
first chance to see and learn about the power and innovations found
in the UnForm 8.0 release. Hear about the product from the
authors, and gain a thorough understanding of it with classroom-style sessions
and unlimited question and answer opportunities.
The focus of this year's conference is on UnForm 8.0, the upcoming release
that enhances the already powerful UnForm version 7.x series, with new innovations
including:
- enhanced soft font support, with TrueType capabilities
- multibyte character sets
- simplified and automated electronic document delivery
- object oriented coding techniques, with numerous built-in objects
- cover page generation
- XML parsing
- Re-designed browser archive interface

Arrive on Thursday, ready to relax and enjoy autumn in northern California.
A reception that evening will provide an opportunity to meet
with SDSI staff and other technical people like you who use SDSI products,
while enjoying drinks and food in downtown Sacramento,
the capitol of California.

The sessions are run by the developers of UnForm, so you can be assured
of accurate and in depth information. Space is limited, so
register early.
Location
The location of this year's conference is the
Sheraton Grand Sacramento,
in the heart of downtown Sacramento, within walking distance to numerous restaurants,
shops, and museums. Within two hours of Sacramento are the San Francisco Bay area, Napa Valley, and
Lake Tahoe.
Cost
The cost for this year's event is $795-$895, depending on registration date. The fee includes
breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, and our Welcome Reception on
Thursday night. Register early to receive the $100 Early Registration discount. All attendees
also receive $100 in SDSI Bucks, which may be used as payment for
SDSI products and services through December 31, 2009.
We have negotiated a room rate for the conference of $149 per night.
