A warm thanks to those who attended our annual technical conference at San
Jose's Hotel Valencia at Santana Row this past weekend. It was our pleasure to
be your hosts.
Making and renewing
personal and professional acquaintances and relationships is always one of the
most rewarding aspects of being in business. We thank you for taking the time to
come share with us your unique outlooks and perspectives on our shared
challenges and opportunities.
We hope and trust that you
came away having met your own goals for this year's conference, as we did ours.
Besides the sessions on our
current and soon-to-be-released technology tools, we shared some of our plans
for logical and strategic development of software tools that complement our
existing products, and build on their inherent strengths in the market-place.
We feel honored to be in
the position we are of having a large, dynamic and growing reseller and user
base that appreciates the intelligent design of our products, and in return, we are
committed to our basic business and pricing model based on the twin
pillars of feature-richness AND cost-effectiveness for our users.
We were happy to receive an
overwhelmingly unanimous approval and highly favorable rating of the Hotel site,
locale and amenities, and for that we thank the staff of the Hotel Valencia, and
the over 900 thousand residents of San Jose, who probably because of their very
number and style have contributed to making Santana Row a first class fun and
business destination.
