SDSI offers numerous services both directly to customers and jointly
though our dealer and distributor channels. These services generally
fall into three categories:
- Technical Support Services
SDSI provides email and telephone support services to our channel partners and
direct customers. For active channel partners, this support is provided at
no charge. Direct customers may purchase support services on a time-and-materials
basis or may purchase support contracts.
SDSI provides "second line" support to customers that are directly
supported by one of our dealers or distributors. That is, SDSI provides support
to the dealer, who in turn provides the direct assistance to the user.
When requested, SDSI can provide on-site support and assistance for daily fees plus
- UnForm Rule File Development
SDSI is commonly contracted to perform rule file development work for dealers and
end user customers. As the developer of UnForm, SDSI is capable and efficient
at any rule file development task.
- Training Services
SDSI offers on-site and off-site training services to customers and dealers. Training
can be offered in any of our products on any mutually agreeable schedule. Fees are
based on time and the number of people trained (minimums apply). Contact us
