UnForm 7.0

UPGRADE and PROMOTIONAL PRICING

UnForm v7.0 is scheduled for release in mid August of 2006. This new release offers many great new features and exciting new technologies for Document Archiving and Management and Document Scanning.

Special promotional pricing will be available until September 30, 2006 for customers interested in upgrading from a prior version of UnForm.

See the following details for your specific UnForm version.

UnForm v6.0 purchased after 01/01/2006

Copies of UnForm 6.0 which were purchased on or after 01/01/2006 at version 6.0 prices will be given full credit towards the purchase of UnForm 7.0, when purchased before September 30, 2006. The cost to upgrade is the net difference in the retail price of UnForm v6.0 and v7.0.

UnForm versions purchased prior to 01/01/2006

For copies of UnForm purchased on or prior to 12/31/2005, the normal upgrade formula is 50% of retail price to upgrade from one revision-level back (example - version 6.0 to version 7.0), 75% of retail price to upgrade from two revision-levels back (example - version 5.0 to version 7.0), and no discount for upgrading from a revision of 4.1 or earlier to version 7.0.

Special promotional discount pricing for upgrades to UnForm v7.0 will be available at 25% off the normal retail upgrade price for your specific version of UnForm, until September 30, 2006.

New UnForm v7.0 Document Archiving and Management, and Scanning Components Special Pricing

UnForm v7.0 now offers both Document Archiving and Management and Document Scanning components as companion products.

Purchase either of these new components with an UnForm v7.0 upgrade or new UnForm v7.0 license and receive:

a 20% discount off the retail price, through September 30, 2006

a 15% discount off the retail price through October 31, 2006.

As a reminder, UnForm versions older than v5.0 are no longer supported.
