WINDOWS ® VISTA COMPATIBILITY
We have begun planning for support for Microsoft Windows
Vista in our various products.
While we have not personally tested all our products
running under Microsoft Windows Vista, each report we have received has
indicated that our products work on Vista without errors as long as User
Account Control (UAC) is turned off.
In the medium term we plan to update each of our current
product levels to work under Vista with UAC turned on. This will take
several months, as we test and evaluate each product. We have found that
most features of the Windows versions of our products simply need minor
changes in how they store user session data, how shortcuts are generated by
our install programs, and how they are installed as services. Some products
may need more effort, but we will not know what we are up against until we
begin working on them.
We have no plans to update older versions of our products,
so to continue to use those products on Vista will require running Vista
with UAC turned off.

We have posted new
graphical enhancement rule-sets
using UnForm 7.0 standards in the
Application Integration section of the
UnForm pages for the following packages:
- SX Enterprise from NxTrend / Infor

TakeStock from Infor
The eDelivery and eArchive rule-set templates for these
packages are still under development.
eDelivery and eArchive rule-set templates for
Counterpoint 7.5 from Synchronics are now available under
Beta release, and are currently being evaluated by several
resellers. If you have a document delivery or document archiving project for a CP
7.5 client, consider contacting us to take advantage of the new template
features.
eDeliver and eArchive templates are also on the project list for
OSAS, Infor/Facts.

Version Sunsets
The current version of UnForm shipping is v7.0.11 Support for UnForm v4.x and
older was dropped on 12/31/2004. Downloads for UnForm v4.x will no longer be
available from our web site as of 12/31/2005. UnForm v5.0 was sunsetted on 12/31/2005. Only limited support
is available now.
Form Design and Rule-set Development Service
SDSI has always offered form design service on a fee basis. We now have full-time-equivalent
